    Corningstone

That was our newest reporter, Veronica Corningstone. She’s really great. I’d also like to share with you that we are currently dating and that she is quite a handful in the bedroom.

Uh…That’s gonna do it for all of us here at…

For the Channel News Team, I’m Ron Burgundy. You stay classy, San Diego.

    All clear.

Uh-oh. I might be in trouble on that one.

I can’t believe that you said that we were dating on the air.

Mmm! Mmm. That is good fondue.

Don’t you get it, Ron? I wanna be an anchor. That is never gonna happen if everyone in San Diego thinks that I’m your bimbo gal pal.

I don’t know what to say. I just…I got excited. I just wanted to shout it from on top of a mountain. But I didn’t have a mountain. I had a newsroom and a camera. Look. I report the news. That’s what I do. And today’s top story, in Ron Burgundy’s world, read something like this: I love Veronica Corningstone.

    Oh, Ron.

Yeah, hi everybody. Life’s pretty good right now. I’m just working at HostRocket again. I’ll be sticking around, for all those curious, until somewhere between November and January at which point I’m planning to go on a mission for my church. I know I promised another podcast like a month ago but I just haven’t felt up to it. I really want to do another one. Especially to make up for my lackluster coverage past day 1 of Coachella, which was easily put into my top 3 weekends. I say top 3 because it could be number one but I’m just not sure. It was pretty incredible. Also I found an insane amount of music. I guess somewhere in the back of my twisted, demented mind I feel like I’d be doing a disservice in making another podcast because of all the music I’d have to leave out. Speaking of music, I want to go to Bonnaroo. I know it’d be ridiculous but if someone wanted to drive over to Tennessee I’d do it in a heart beat.

Also, people, I’m a vegetarian. So you can stop asking. And its not that I don’t think I can’t eat meat its that I don’t have to and so I’m not going to. Stop trying to convince me I’m wrong. Also I really don’t watch TV much any more. I noticed my steadily declining IQ and vacabulary and I think I can trace the start of the decline to around where I stopped reading in like fourth grade. Plus, apparently, I really enjoy reading. Go figure. And for some reason I kind of lost my desire to be a hardcore gamer. This is a point in my life I hoped that I’d never reach. I figured that if I did it was because of like a wife and kids. But I just don’t feel like it any more. I’ve got 2 good computers sitting under my desk begging to be put together and run and have CS:S run on them but for some reason I just don’t have the desire to do it. Maybe, like usualy, I’ll start doing it some day and remember why it was my life before. In the mean time I’m trying other stuff like biking, long boarding, pogoing, parkour, and other ESPN 8 “The Ocho” worthy sports. Maybe I’ll learn to ride my unicycle?

Oh yeah: I have a girlfriend now…It’s different, world, but I like it.
